33 Week appointment

Yesterday was my 33 week appointment with Dr. Joe! Its crazy to think how fast Anderson's arrival is getting here! It was just a usual appointment, I have gained 4 more pounds and my blood pressure is still looking great (shocking me with how stressful work has been). We got in our room and Dr. Joe came in and listened to Anderson's heartbeat which was strong =) He told us to go ahead and select a pediatrician, which we have already done, and are meeting with next Friday! Then he said the great part!!!!.....On July 13th i will get to see my little man again! I will be 35 weeks and we get an ultrasound and the physical exams will start, along with once a week appointments!!!!! We are so excited that time is passing quickly, though I must admit I am getting terribly anxious about labor and delivery. Bradley has been so supportive through my entire pregnancy and I know he is ready to hold his son and connect with him the way I have done while he is in my belly. We love him so much and can't wait to bring him into the world! Here are some outfits my mom has been buying for him lol I think she has lost control =)

Might as well be walking on the sun!!!!

It is FINALLY the middle of the week and I have never been more ready for the weekend! The temps outside this week have been in the upper 90 to 100's and it is miserably hot! I have found myself getting worn out a lot faster than before now! Thanks to a friends husband, our AC unit is now running much better and it soooo much cooler in our house! This could not come at a better time, because Anderson's first shower is at MY house this Saturday and I have a LOT of family coming in for it! I am so excited to see everyone this weekend and celebrate our little man! I'm so in love with him already and cannot wait to see who he looks like and give him tons of kisses! The nursery is coming along still and my wonderful mother will be finishing the painting Thursday or Friday! So hopefully i can show it off Saturday!

Tonight I am going with my mom and dad to see Toy Story 3, it is hard to believe the first one came out almost 15 years ago! This is my last night to rest, tomorrow and Friday I will be power cleaning my house and helping my mom get ready for the shower. We are so blessed and could not ask for a better support system! Now if Fall would just hurry and get here it would be fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Fathers Day!!!

The Sartain family had an awesome weekend! This was Bradley's first Fathers day, and we also started painting the nursery! Saturday morning I got up early and met mom and dad so we could go to home depot and pick out paint colors for Anderson's nursery. We stopped by the new farmer's market in Covongton and picked up some fruit and veggies and then headed to Memphis. I could not be happier with the paint colors we picked out, I got 4 different colors and it happened to work out that they were all Winnie the Pooh Disney colors =) Me, Mom, Dad, and Hunter spent the entire day in Memphis together and had the best time! When we got home that night I was exhausted and was so excited to crawl into my bed and get some rest before the long day Sunday!

Sunday morning I slept in until 10 and Mom and Dad came over about 12:30 to start on project nursery! They stayed until 9 last night finishing up the 3 walls momma got painted! I also got to spend some quality time with my daddy for fathers day and gave him his gift. Bradley got home a little later and he got to open his first fathers day gift as well! He and mom retreated back to the nursery and worked really hard on it while me and daddy were in the living room watching American Pickers on the History Channel! Then we started watching old westerns on AMC. All in all it was a terrific weekend and I am sooooo excited about the progress in the nursery!!!! Momma is coming back over tonight to finish painting the other walls and she said she should be finished today! Bradley and I are so blessed to have such an awesome family! I don't know what we would do without them!!! Here are some nursery pics from yesterday!!! The colors are Christopher Robin's Swing(the light green), Hundred Acre Morning (the blue), Haycorn Brown(not yet on the wall), and Pooh Yellow (not yet on the wall).
