March was here...now almost gone!

I'm sorry I don't update as much as I need too, life is crazy these days! We have a happy healthy and GROWING 19 month old, and he is quite the handful. I am now 26 years young and discovering new hobbies and really starting to wear a smile more often. I have an amazing husband and happy son, whats too be sad about right? ANYWAYS as for the new hobbies.....I have quickly turned into a nail polish and makeup junkie! If you know me, you know i bite my nails and I am trying so hard to stop because I just bought TONS of pretty new spring nail polish colors and its no fun just wearing them on my toes =) As for makeup....Bradley just groans when he sees my makeup case and how packed it is getting lol! I am starting to try new things and brighter colors...I have always been a less is more girl, but I guess the girly girl is finally coming out in me =) SO i may start posting about new makeup,skin care, and nail polishes i try out! If this is not your thing just tune those posts out! I watch makeup tutorials on you tube constantly and if you are interested and want some really good ones to watch here are a few!: Amarixe, makeupgeektv, allthatglitters21, missglamorazzi, and makeupbyalli. As I said, this is only if you are interested in makeup and such, I will still keep everyone up to date on our little family =) But for now we are all happy and healthy!

A suprise pick me up- God is funny this way!

It seems that the cold/flu bug is hitting kids left and right these days, my babysitters daughter is very sick right now, so Bradley stayed home with little man today. I think a little boy time is a great idea for them! With that being said, I got some much needed time to myself on my drive in to work this morning, I created a Francesca Battistelli radio station on my slacker radio app on my phone, (for those of you who do not know of her, please look up her music!) She is my favorite christian artist, anyways....the first song I heard was called Free to be Me, this song lifted my spirits because the words of the song spoke to me and it was as if it was written about me. I am so beyond perfect, I am unorganized, and not the best at making schedule or to do lists....I pretty much fly by the seat of my pants and let it take me wherever! BUT I love my God, husband, child, and family with everything I have and I think that makes up for me being such a dysfunctional planner =) SOOOO here is my personal anthem!

March is here

I find it hard to believe it is March already!! To be honest 2012 has not started out very well for us, but we hope we can have a happy rest of the year, as we have sooo many things to celebrate. I turn 26 in March, Anderson turns 2 is August, and Bradley turns....well he may not want me to put on here how old he is lol! My heart still aches when I think of how we were supposed to be welcoming a new baby in September, but I take comfort in knowing my baby is in Jesus' arms and doing just fine. Anderson has been such a big help and he is getting to be so independent! He just start talking in longer phrases and I must admit he is tripping me and his daddy out! He will say That's not funny, or That is funny. He can say I got it momma, or I got it Daddy. This morning we accomplished a new feet!!!! He is now brushing his teeth on his own! be it, he doesn't spit out the toothpaste, but it is the children's kind and I barely put any on their since it was his first time with it. We all stood in the bathroom and brushed our teeth together this morning and you could tell he felt like such a big boy!

I got to work this morning and started looking at my calender and I realized we have a very busy month ahead!!!! Tomorrow we have Anderson Children's Classic picture taken at 3, and then we have church and lunch with amazing friends on Sunday. Next Saturday we are heading to the Bledsoe's to have a play date for Anderson and their son Grayson who was born just 5 days after Anderson, and their sweet baby girl Finnley. Of course the grownups are having a play date too, which we all need! The 24th, my parents are throwing me a birthday party at their home and I could not be more excited! My daddy just got all new professional DJ equipment with a full light show and everything, so we will be testing it out that night! Unless something comes up the last weekend of the month will be a down time weekend for us, after the month we have coming, I'm sure we will need a break! Anyways, this is just a rambling blog with whats going on right now, hopefully my posts will come more often....it would really be nice to have Internet at the house sometimes lol.
